"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a phenomenal home rental, and the experience was truly exceptional. The house itself was absolutely beautiful. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how meticulously clean and tastefully decorated the space was. The photos on the listing, while lovely, didn't do it justice. Every room felt thoughtfully designed, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The amenities were top-notch, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed and more for a perfect, relaxing getaway. What made the stay truly memorable, however, was our host. They were great in every sense of the word—responsive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had the best possible time. Communication before and during our stay was a breeze, with quick and helpful answers to all our questions. They provided excellent local recommendations and added several personal touches that made us feel incredibly valued as guests. "We had a really nice stay here in NH. The host communicated with us on things to be aware before we arrived and was very kind. The property was beautiful, sadly it was too cold to fully enjoy the water but I loved that there was a canoe available for use. Kitchen was spacious and having a grill was very nice. The views were great! Since it was chilly, it was nice they had space heaters/fans in the rooms downstairs if needed. Everything matched the pics in person and were even more stunning. The fireplace inside was so nice and remember to bring your own firewood if you plan to have a fire. There was a convenience store just down the street who sold wood. "

"Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! "
