"Our host was very accommodating and assisted as needed. The property is neat and tidy with everything we needed for our family. The amenities on site and proximity to everything were excellent and the grassed courtyard was perfect for a short stay with our dog. The only issue we had was internet connectivity which our host tried to sort out during our stay. I would have liked to mop the floor before we left but there was not mop. We cleaned up the mess ourselves and reported it immediately. The host acknowledged the problem and said it would be fixed, but nothing happened. There’s visible damage to the floor near the unit, suggesting this wasn’t a new issue, just one they hoped to avoid dealing with.A final detail worth knowing: the yard is not private. This is a shared property, with a family living upstairs who have open access to the garden area including behind the rear-facing bedroom windows.
