"Very clean and nice apartment"

"Room was beautiful and the restaurant was outstanding. No fighting for seats on the beach or at the restaurant. Beach chairs were extremely comfortable and everything was well taken care of. Only comments include that the wifi did not work and the reception staff were not available. We were completely unsure how to check out. "

"The pictures don't do this property justice, it is absolutely beautiful. We were a group of 8 who stayed there 3/25/26 - 4/1/26, and this worked out perfectly for us. The screened in porch was perfect for our meals and just to gather and talk.Wally was so helpful and a fabulous host. He met us at the property to explain everything, gave suggestions for restaurants and sight seeing.Highly recommend Conch Point 223, and hoping to go back som day!"

"Great place to stay. We loved the ocean view and being able to open the sliding doors every morning to allow in the fresh breeze and ocean sounds. Little bit of a challenge with the onsite manage who was supposed to meet us but everything worked out okay. Beach was not as pleasant to walk on as 7 mile beach and we preferred to swim at Cemetery Beach instead of the one at the condo as the water was clearer and less choppy at Cemetery Beach which was only 5-10 minutes away"

"We very munch enjoyed our stay at Vida! It’s great to be away from the hustle of 7 Mile Beach. The restaurant on site was wonderful and the service was great. Vida offers complimentary workout classes during your stay so I enjoyed yoga on the roof. We biked to Cracked Conch with the bikes they offered as well. While the cabs add up going into 7 mile beach area I wouldn’t trade staying here for that. We hope to come back!"

"Staff friendly. Hotel clean. Only draw back is beach staff for water sports and rental. Very rude and arrogant. Not the type that make you want to do any booking or activity with them "

"We love this house and this area. It is close to a few great restaurants - away from the chaos of 7 Mile Beach, but close enough to get to if needed or desired. It’s a comfortable house that is open and airy - perfect getaway spot! It’s very clean - we stayed for two weeks and Chelsea was so helpful in scheduling an additional cleaning day. We are already trying to plan another visit next year!"
