The property was clean and tidy, the owner was very pleasant, very approachable and eager to help, I'd have given 5 stars throughout, but there was no shampoo for the shower, and no notice that we'd need to bring our own, Or none that I'm aware of, although given that I'm not particularly tech savvy, I could have missed it.
Very happy overall.

I was concerned after reading some of the reviews but we needn't have been. The communal spaces were lovely, beautifully decorated and elegant. we had an amazing room overlooking the gardens and the city. staff were very helpful. the parking situation is a bit stressful though
