I recently stayed here and overall, the experience was okay, but not what I paid for. I specifically booked a double bed room and was given a single, which costs less. I’m still waiting on a reimbursement or even a partial refund, which hasn’t been addressed yet. That was disappointing and felt unfair.
The room itself was decent, not bad, just not what we expected or reserved. The location is definitely a plus, very central and convenient for exploring. The room had a mini-fridge which was useful, but there was no microwave, which made it harder to prepare or reheat any food.
The staff did try their best and were kind, but there seems to be a general lack of organization, which I’ve noticed during my time in Spain overall. I really hope this issue with the room and the refund gets resolved.
