Just a few steps from Las Ramblas and the Eixample, this neighbourhood offers a perfect location to explore the city while enjoying a quiet and authentic atmosphere. Ideal for those who want to experience the local essence with all the amenities nearby.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is on Aribau street 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 3pm.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

The apartment does not accept group bookings or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
