THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
- 1-month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months.

The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 300eur/month is payable by the tenant. Note: A rental contract is mandatory to be signed before the check-in.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
