This is a stylish beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 and half bathroom apartment perfectly located in the Sant Antoni neighborhood.

The apartment is comfortable and cosy, it can welcome up to 6 guests. The living room is an airy, light, and open space shared with the dining room area. Attached to this open living space, you have an office space for our guests to use. It has big windows, that open to classic Spanish balconies overlooking the front street.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the appliances you might need during your stay. It has a washing machine/dryer. The master bedroom has a big double bed, its own Spanish balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and its own ensuite toilet and sink (no shower). The third bedroom has a big double bed and its own Spanish balcony.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
