"Absolutely fantastic stay at Penta Hotel near Charles de Gaulle Airport! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel has a modern, stylish atmosphere while still feeling welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. After traveling, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. The staff was wonderful, professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Customer service can completely make or break an experience, and the team here truly made us feel welcomed. The location was also incredibly convenient for airport travel while still allowing us to enjoy our time without feeling like we were stuck in a typical airport hotel. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. We travel from the United States and truly appreciated the hospitality we received. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Penta Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great overall experience near Charles de Gaulle Airport. "Very hot and stuffy room. Windows don’t open because of the proximity to the airport. Air conditioning was not working. The bed’s mattress was covered with plastic like material. It was very uncomfortable especially considering the hot room. No soap in the bathroom. Asked staff to refill but nobody came. Breakfast poorly organized. Very busy and no clean tables. I don’t recommend this hotel. "

"This was thie worst time I had in a hotel, ever. The communication from the hotel was a disaster. The message sent to inform about the airport shuttle omitted to indicate that the ride costs 5 euros per person, and the actual shuttle pick up location. Calling the hotel is a waste of time, no one answers regardless of the time, day, and whether you're asking to speak to reservations or reception. I will never book at this hotel again. "
