「別の地でKempinskiには何度か宿泊したが、全て快適で会った（料金はそれなりに安価とは言えないが）。今回も期待に沿うものであった。　街の中心部からはやや離れているが、散歩がてらと思えば十分に徒歩圏内。　Winter sports 目的の場合にはropewayに隣接しているので理想的。　駐車料金無料。」

「Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.」

「Odalar oldukça güzeldi, her oda tipi yeterli gemişlikte ve konforluydu. Servis, temizlik ve hizmet çok iyiydi herkes güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı ideal ve lezzetliydi. Konum olarak da ulaşımda rahattı, servis sorunsuzdu. Çok keyif alarak konakladık, teşekkürler :)」

「Nice hotel in quiet position but within walking distance to town and gondola. Large spacious rooms. Good selection for breakfast and dinner. Dinner includes local wines and beer.Lovely spa area. Very friendly and helpful reception man Salih. Thank you」

「Otele girisimizden son gunumuze kadar guleryuz görduk , otel cok yeni ve odalar cok temizdi. Odalarin dizayni tüm ailemizi bir otel odasinda degilde evimizde konakliyormusuz gibi hissettirdi. Bir daha gelirmiyiz? Kesinlikle geliriz.」

「Very nice hotel, very friendly people, nice spa facilities, average breakfast. They offerred bus to take us to the ski gondola for free and they even offered to take us after working hours. Enjoyed our stay as they upgraded us to a family appartment. Only issue is that the WIFI was not working well in the room. Big parking space near the hotel.」

「It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

「Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Rooms were good size. Walking distance to Gondola, but shuttle available if you want to be driven (15lev I think). Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. They can play without constant splashing...
