Please note that guests will need to park in the lots below the building on weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather, but a courtesy shuttle is available to transport you from the lower lots to the building. You are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if you prefer, ensuring a convenient arrival and departure process.

During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
