The housekeeping staff created beautiful towel art such as swans and other figures with kind messages on the bed — so amazing that we wanted to take photos to remember them! At check-in, Mr. Oka, who speaks fluent Japanese, was very kind and helpful. Every staff member we met — at the second-floor restaurant, by the pool, or even in the corridor — greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel so comfortable. This stay gave us such special memories, and we would love to stay here again when we visit Bali in the future. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!"

"お部屋は広く快適でした。水圧も温度も申し分ないです。屋上にあるプールも綺麗でとても素敵です。海まで歩ける距離ですが、ホテルから無料で送迎してもらえました。ショッピングも食事にも便利な場所にあります。1番の良い点は、チェックアウトが、2時だということです。 少し残念な点はお部屋にスリッパがありませんでした。"
