Not easy to communicate due to language barrier. Electronic translation apps are very important

This was the best hotel I've stayed In Japan. They had everything I needed, everything was clean, they even put a new full change of towels, 2 water bottles, coffee, tea ect on my door the next day. Very happy

Staff was very helpful and kind, helped us change our room when I accidentally booked a smoking room.
