"Marissa was polite and responsive but there were quite a few issues with the property and functionality. The cleaning crew must have sprayed for bugs earlier in the day and did not clean up after those. Some dishes in the cupboards were not washed well, when looking at the dishwasher it was in need of a cleaning and most likely the reason. Flooring in the kitchen was loose and the lights did not function properly. Overhead lighting was wired backwards so the "off" actually turned on the fan/light. There was no lighting overhead for the dining area, basement steps or the front of the house or closet area.The accommodations were otherwise lovely, plenty of pillows and blankets! Wifi and TV were great and the layout for our family. We just couldn't leave once we got there because the smart lock malfunctioned as well."
