"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"AVOID! HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH! If I could give this property 0 stars, then I would! Where to start… the staff member at the front desk was very unhelpful and rude. As soon as we arrived (2 hours early), after a long journey, tried to charge us almost double what we initially paid for an early check in. Recommend getting dinner with Lang’s family and going on a trek up to Tiger mountain (Wear sunscreen and light clothing, It’s a LONG walk. Must be fit)"
