Team were on hand via WhatsApp to assist with massage, chefs,a tuktuk driver and booking trips. Pool cleaned and villa cleaned daily.fresh ice and water always on hand. "The staff at the reception was really nice. On our first night (3rd floor) we heard a lot of noise from above (like a cat or something). We couldn’t sleep at all but thanks to the staff we could move to the 2nd floor. Everything else was okey…you have a little Night market nearby. We always paid for the transport to the ao nang beach.
