"For starters, they have no parking, at all. Had to park in a dirt lot on another street, for 50 bhat a day. Stairs are so steep they are practically a ladder. The desk is barely manned. The lounge was disappointing and very much like a company canteen. There was only one sofa to relax on. Good staff service and acceptable snack food. The bar range was ok but somewhat limited compared with Club lounges provided by other hotel groups. I am not inclined to pay the extra for lounge access."
