Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located, listed accommodation – you can reach almost all of the highlights of the World Heritage city in just a few minutes on foot!

The location of your holiday apartment combines the vibrant life of one of the most beautiful cities in Germany with the idyll of a beautiful garden in a quiet courtyard.

By the way, you can park your car directly in the public underground car park opposite – the parking card is included in the overnight price!

The accommodation

At approx. In 75 sqm you will find everything you need for a perfect stay in a historic yet modern apartment in the ensemble monument:

Accommodation and food:

Do you like a historical ambience combined with modern furnishings? Then you will love the two rooms that flow into one another. Whether you enjoy a fancy meal at the large dining table after a stroll through the historic old town or whether you make yourself comfortable on the couch with a good book - the beautiful original Franconian floorboards and the historic doors are a highlight for fans of old buildings.

Are there three or four of you coming? Then there is a comfortable sofa bed waiting for tired guests in the living room. It is 1.50 m wide and at well over 2 m long, long enough for tall people too.

There is an inductive charging cradle for thirsty smartphones and your favorite music comes across particularly well via Bluetooth on the small but fine Yamaha system!

Bathroom:

Start the day in the comfortable, large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower and enjoy your first glimpse of the well-kept garden in the inner courtyard - which you can of course protect against prying eyes with pleated blinds.

Kitchen:

Whether you want a quick breakfast or a detailed meal – both are no problem in the fully equipped kitchen. We have a Nespresso machine and a French press as well as a teapot for you, as well as a Miele oven, a great induction stove and a large refrigerator - and even a steamer!

Balcony:

From the kitchen you can serve your drinks and meals directly through the window onto the charming balcony. Switch on the pretty lighting on the railing and look forward to a relaxing evening in the wonderfully overgrown greenery of the courtyard.

Bedroom:

The cozy master bedroom faces the very quiet inner courtyard - here you can relax after your exciting experiences in the old town! Even on hot summer days you will be happy about the pleasantly cool climate.

A comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 cm) will pamper even the most tense back and if you don't like cold feet, you will appreciate the cozy duvets!

Fast WiFi:

Our guests benefit from a fast and stable internet connection (250/40 MBit). This is easily enough to stream films or have several video calls at the same time.

Access for guests

You can also arrive at unusual times with our self-check-in - you can use the keypad to open the front door with your personal code. You will automatically receive the code by email the day before your arrival.

The apartment is located just a few steps up on the slightly elevated ground floor.

Are you coming to us with your electric car? Great! In the underground car park directly opposite, you can not only park for free (you will receive the parking card when you check in), but also conveniently charge it (for a fee, the charging fees depend on your tariff).
