I recommend you not book with this VRBO owner, there seems to be a double booking theme. We had the unit booked 3 months in advance and fully paid for 8/13 thru 8/17 to be in town for the BMW Championship. Earlier we had messaged the host to get the door code, with no response. We arrived just after 11pm and with no check-in instructions knocked on the door, a young man and a dog greeted us. We asked if there was an adult available, and he told us his mom was asleep. We asked if he was staying there, and he told us they were staying for the week. This is now the 2nd time this place was double booked in the past 2 months (see comments from 6/24). Biggest issue was having to find a replacement at 11:30pm on a Wednesday night, in an unknown city, during a very busy hotel season. Hopefully VRBO removes Jermaine from their roster of owners. He must not be allowed to continue this practice of stranding paid customers.
