"We’d heard about some lovely hosts and brown bread and didn’t ever meet hosts. We were buzzed through to a lockbox with our key. Nice tub but there was mold on the ceiling in several places in room 7. Close to the Titanic and plentiful free parking but not worth a revisit."

"Sent my luggage to Galway. Not an issue but had to phone the hotel 3 times to find out what was happening. On all occasions was told someone would ring me back or send me the details. They didn’t. Not 5 star hotel service unfortunately Hotel was fine. Clean and central, no issues"
