The main living room is open-plan and includes a chic lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities required for a comfortable, self-catering stay. Up to six people can be seated at the dining table and there is a smart TV and two, luxurious and comfortable couches in the living room, making it ideal for a cosy night spent indoors. The living room opens to a furnished patio with seating for up to eight people and a Weber is provided, making it the perfect spot to unwind or host guests.
The bedrooms are roomy and each has its own personality. A queen bed, ceiling fan for enhanced convenience, built-in cupboards and a full, en suite with a shower and bath are included in the first bedroom. The third and second bedrooms, which both have queen beds and cupboards, share a bathroom. All the rooms and bathrooms in the home are brightly lit by natural light, contemporary in style and aesthetically pleasing. 69 Ballito Village is a ground floor unit and is accessible via one small flight of stairs at the entry, as no lift is available.
