The staff we’re very accommodating we arrived early and asked if we could have our room as we were attending a funeral and they accommodate us in our request. The room was clean neat and tidy. Amenities were good. If we had a function in Ballina we would definitely stay there again.
Room was clean and functional. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Restaurant was busy, nice and service was quick. All you can eat pizza was a hit.
Stayed at the Ballina Byron Islander Resort while in town for a wedding. Rooms were spacious & clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay here again but would recommend you have your own transport as you are a bit out of the centre of town. Staff were very friendly & helpful especially Trudy on the front desk.
