8.8/10 Excellent! (1,654 reviews)
I was charged for parking and never told about it. I was charged some resort fee, and never told about that. I found charges on my credit card after getting home. I got there early and was told I’d have to pay a $50 fee to check in early, despite my room being available. Lastly, the tub was broken and I could not use it. This was an absolutely terrible stay.
