「Clean room host friendly 」

「We were quite disappointed. No table. No chairs. No hooks or other storage. Stained duvet. “Couch” was pitiful. No instructions about TV. Husband fell and bruised his arm when chair on front deck collapsed (rotted wood). Sewer-like odor. Had to buy candles. 」

「We will definitely stay again when we visit our daughter at UNCW. The house was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very nice, also. 」

「The house was generally as it appeared in the listing. In general it is an older beach house and as such the house shows some wear-and-tear. It does have very nice beach access and is very nicely located. The house was generally clean although I do think a deep cleaning would be nice (ceiling fans, base boards, etc). I think investing in some new bed pillows would be a great idea! Overall our experience was good and we would stay here again.」
