「I was given short notice to find a hotel for a two night stay in August for my family of six. I knew nothing about this hotel but took a chance as reservations this time of year are hard to find at short notice. I was very pleased that this hotel was as nice as their picture on the web. 「Clean room and very good smenities」

「A quaint little stay in Ogunquit. The room was spotless and more than enough for our short stay, with a large couch, kitchenette, balcony, and king bed. It is located closer to Perkins Cove than downtown, but still a short walk from either. Golf cart taxis are available upon request to take you anywhere you may need to go, as well as a Trolley stop right outside the Hotel. We loved our stay!」

「Clean rooms, beautiful property, lovely view of ocean and was pleasantly surprised how quiet the rooms were. Never heard any other guests even though it was full. I really liked that a specific parking space went with the room. Would definitely return!」

「Had a good time but it wasn’t anything to brag about. They give you a number to text for room service and I did and they told me 3x they’d bring towels to our room and I even saw them outside and politely asked, they said “give me 20min and I’ll bring them right over”, I said perfect no rush I just need them for when we return from our day. After the 3rd ask the lady who was sitting in the front delivered them herself trying to tell me they were in a bag on the chair outside the whole time....

「Pros: adequate standard Hampton breakfast; free parking. Cons: I knew the property was pet friendly, however, there were several large dogs and two large dogs and their owners were even in the breakfast area one evening. Hallway carpeting very worn and stained.」

「Was not thrilled with this place. The toilet was not that clean. Side doors were open and did not require key card use. So anyone could come into the hotel unnoticed. The pool water was not very clear. Ate at the restaurant and the eggs were so bland. The fact that they charged a fee for daily amenities was absurd. We didn’t use any of them. Also they had no choices of beer at the bar. When we asked for a beer we didn’t realize the one we were given was nonalcoholic. Obviously the bartender...

「Excellent Location, stayed in a delightful large cottage with 2 bedrooms. The Kitchen was a little small, but it`s a COTTAGE, not your home, so deal! LOL Great stay, loved it. Staff was exceptional and the place is spotless and pool was great!! Highly recommend.」

「It was close to downtown. The property is old and the room was musty smelling. The dirty grey bath towels were a total turn off. They should at least invest in some decent towels.」
