"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

Staff is amazing and willing to assist with booking taxis from/to airport. Breakfast included each morning and if you leave before breakfast they offer a pre made bagged breakfast. Area is located conveniently to shopping, eating and the main square. "

"Great property. Rooms are a bit smaller but it's not like you're there to do anything other than sleep. Wifi is a bit weaker, but enjoy Peru, get off your phone. No elevator but it's one floor. The location is a tad far from Plaza De Armas and up hill, but I liked it because I ate so much for dinner so it was goo exercise"

It’s only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Plaza los Armas, and we were in a nice quiet part of town where we can get a full night sleep while leaving the window open the breakfast. It was really delicious and the omelette station was so fun to wake up to every morning. The staff is so nice and helps with anything that you will need. We did laundry at the hotel too, and they brought it back beautifully folded and smelling great "
