「チェックイン、チェックアウト、部屋のサービス、対応が非常に親切でした。また、街中まで無料のシャトルバスもあり便利でした。さらに、パスポートをフロントに忘れてしまったが、丁寧に保管して頂いていました。 本当に最高の時間を過ごしました！！ ありがとうございます😊」

「The staff were very helpful and friendly . We only stayed one night for the Europa League final and asked for an extension as we had to catch the night train to Tbilisi, fortunately the room was free and we were allowed to stay until 6pm for free. The hotel itself was of a high standard, the bathroom in particular was great. I would happily stay again.」

「The good: staff deserves five gold stars for service, efforts and friendliness. Breakfast is great, enough choices. One of the staff managers Samir was going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Professional skills, friendliness and a great sense of humor really made him a star of the show.
