「I was in awe of Casa Parcha my entire trip. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, I felt like I had stepped into paradise. I stayed in the Riverview tent. The tent was clean and beautiful. Before going I was worried about the bugs, temperature, and the sound of the coqui. There were hardly any bugs, the temperature was beautiful, in the high 60s at night (in April), and the sound of the coqui helped me to sleep. 「 Adam was a great host. His place was cozy, clean, and very comfortable—the beds in particular were excellent. He was also very responsive, replying within minutes whenever we had questions. The property is located in a gated community, which made us feel safe at all times of the day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; Daniel’s Pizza and the bakery across the street quickly became our go-to spots.」

「The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update.

「The power went out twice which made it hard to sleep because the place doesn’t have generators and the AC unit wasn’t working. There was a snake outside our room. The dogs barked too much. When we reached out to the host they didn’t have a solution to the problem. They didn’t provide flashlight or water. The water was running very low and many who stayed ended ip checking out. 」

「Everything was working perfectly. Good size, clean and great view. We loved to sleep with the sound of the Coquis frogs and wakes up with the birds and roosters. The location is great if you want to use the ferry to Vieques or Culebra.
