「The room was very modern and clean. Easy access and the host was very responsive. Very safe gated community. The area is quiet and serene. Multiple restaurants right across the street. Steak, seafood and breakfast. 」

「The condo is exactly like the pictures. The view from balcony is amazing. Also there is access to the beach which is a plus.」

「It’s à really beautiful place nice & quiet but it needs more cleaning there was a lot of dust & it needs more pots to cook. Other than that it was pretty good.」

「I was overcharged. Given the wrong address and had a massive issue finding the actual apartment. Been unable to properly contact hosts. Until they sort this out I would avoid this property.」

「The property was poorly maintained and unclean. Hair on rugs and floor was black on foot. Kitchen hardware including coffee pot were rusted. Instructional video on YouTube link provided by host showed wrong way entry which is illegal and can get tourist in big trouble. There is another entry by Oxxo going the right direction. When issues were brought up to the host, the host (John) denied everything and said the unit is "clean". That's the quality they uphold. They claimed they have 22 units...

「I definitely recommend this apartment. The host was friendly and the communication was great! She even recommended a few food locations. The check in process was quite simple and building is secured with gate and 24hr security. My sisters and I enjoyed spending the weekend there and the view was amazing! We would stay again! 」
