"Don’t be fooled by the Westin branding. Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective. Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the ski area. Good restaurants...

"所有工作人員服務都很好，從前台，禮賓部到餐廳等等，包括溫泉的都是服務得很好但是很多地方在維修，而且是非常大面積的，還有泳池沒有開放，知道八月份沒有開放泳池真的有理說不清，行政酒廊有沒有開放，然後賣四千元一間套房，真的很不值得，如果不是價格的話，設備又配不上這個價錢，其他都很好的"
