The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They have good recomendatuons for place to eat or get coffee. Everytime i can back to the hotel they would say hi and welcome back. Me and my daughter thoight it was really neat seeing a robot roaming the halls vacuuming. Great views on the roof balcony

Excellent location in Seattle. Safe clean (expensive- you get what you pay for , and it is right in downtown Seattle)parking facilities. Attentive staff. Wonderful comfy bedding. Cookies in the afternoon a welcome drink. A barista making lattes in the lobby in the morning. A little bit frustrating that even though you prepay with expedia you still have to pay fees at the hotel. And the worst thing at the hotel ia that the bathroom door is a sliding barn door that leaves a huge gap. Might as well not even have a door.
That being said i would stay here again and recommend it highly. Rooms are clean. Beds are super comfortable( european style- two duvets on each queen bed. Location is perfect.

This property was really nice and pretty clean , and super dog friendly, but the front desk was so rude, no hospitality whatsoever. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Parking was basically $200 added on extra to the total.

Loved my stay at Staypineapple, The Maxwell Hotel! Thoughtful touches like free water bottles and welcome drinks stood out, and the bedding was incredibly comfy. Would stay again!

Had only one elevator going, no coffee in the room. They only have coffee from 4-7am then you have to go to the restaurant and buy coffee. The restaurant is closed on sundays and the staff at the desk was not very helpful at all.
