"The room was clean and the staff was nice. On the negative side there was no elevator to the second floor which made carrying the suitcases up a chore. The toilet was very low. The room air worked well but was very loud even on the low setting."

"We came here on a motorcycle trip. It checked all of the boxes for basic lodging on our way through Maine. Nothing fancy, but it wasn't a dump either. One significant feature was it was right next door to a huge Brew pub. It was also right across the street from a barbecue spot for dinner. And also it was right down the road from a great little breakfast joint that had great homemade corned beef hash. I would gladly return"

"Great place to stay overnight on our road trip from CT to Bar Harbor. Clean comfy beds clean very nice front desk staff member. Basic breakfast included was just fine. Pricing high but of course to be expected peak season."
