"We spent 3 nights and there were 6 of us. The house is so spacious and comfortable. We were several hours late in checking in but Joao was still very welcoming and helped us find the location by guiding us over the phone. He had a special bread for us as well as a great bottle of wine which we enjoyed. ..."

If you travel or Pinhão, don’t take a car. The roads are tricky and the trip can last two tedious hours in each direction. Use the train. It’s easy, fun and you’d see more of the river than you would’ve had with a car.
