The staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us!
The hotel is in downtown Cairo away from the big international tourist hotels, so you can get the real Egyptian experience! The hotel is a little tricky to find the first time and we would recommend getting the hotel to book you a car to make your arrival easy and stress free. We highly recommend this hotel and their amazing staff! Thanks Alex and the Team A++++
