"My wife and I didn't make it to the hotel until after midnight. I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. The man was waiting for us...asleep on the couch behind his desk. He woke up and greeted us with a smile and was very friendly; he was clearly exhausted but showed no sign of annoyance or frustration with us. This is clearly a family-run business, and they do a fabulous job with it. It was almost as if he was just glad we made it there safely. After we checked in, he told us to have a good night and laid back down on the couch behind the lobby desk. The next morning, we checked out with ease and we're treated greatly by the woman at the desk. This was a great hotel experience."
