You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. Aber ansonsten sehr sauber und alles wirklich durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
