We spent 3 nights in this hotel. Staffs were helpful polite but the room itself is tiny. Bathroom and toilet are not suitable for its purpose. Very noisy due to Metro line nearby. Not recommended for others.

Overall the staff at reception was incredibly. The bathroom may need some love, perhaps an electric vent to help with dampness that’s causing mold on shower walls between tiles.

We’ve stayed here three times now, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. The location is perfect — everything you want to see is either a short walk or a quick Metro ride away. The terrace breakfast is a real highlight and a lovely way to start the day in Paris.
Like every hotel in Paris, the rooms are on the small side, but it honestly doesn’t matter. You’re not here to sit in your room, and what you get for the price is outstanding. For travelers, this is the best combination of location and value we’ve found in the city.
We’ll be back for a fourth stay, and a fifth after that.

My room was still dirty and unmade up from previous guest. Air conditioning did not work at all. The hotel is dusty and mid renovation. Some staff ok but others ignore you and won’t meet your eye even while waiting to speak to them. The location is not great - quite scary and dangerous. On level 5 the hallway was full of marijuana smoke.
