"El hotel perfecto, tiene unas vistas increíbles, si te toca la habitación con vistas a la playas te enamoras aún más, el room food service perfecto también, el wifi sí que va un poquito lento pero no dio problemas, tienes acceso a piscina y gimnasio, en resumen 10/10, volveré a ir "

"Breakfast menu was great and very nice quality and fresh. room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic shower and bathroom. Only room for improvement would be usb ports in plugs and Smart TV, or easier access for hdmi cable for our own computer to plug in. Only one English speaking channel. staff said there were 4 but none of the others worked. I find this is unusual now when travelling to not have smart TV or ability to at least plug in."

"The room was very clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Room had air conditioning also. Right be the sea and our room overlooked the marina. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I ate breakfast at the buffet and the options were good. I didn’t use the pool area, the pool area would have been better if there was a jacuzzi. The only issue I had was with another guest in the room next to me which we had a connecting door, there was a guy for two days in a row that opened the connecting door on his side and would yell and pound on the door. I couldn’t tell what language he spoke. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful so can’t fault them However I’m disappointed with the hotel not providing any amenities considering that they rate themselves a 4 star hotel. In a 4 star hotel I would expect dressing gowns/bath robes, slippers and free daily bottles of water. There is no lock for the bathroom door which was appalling and the bathroom door and wall was made of black glass - you could see the shadows and body shape of the person in the bathroom. Hand towels are small Toilet paper made of literally paper - not soft at all and only 1 ply We stayed in a triple room - one of the beds was weak, moved easily and mattress was awfully soft, when i slept on it you could see me sinking almost onto the floor, the bed was very uncomfortable comparing to the other two beds. If I paid the same price as the other two beds then I should get the same bed as them. Very noisy at night at ridiculous hours as we were put at the back of the building. Children playing and screaming. Also other customers staying at the hotel would talk loud and shout in the corridor in the night. Also location is far from everything and is in a rough area We had to get 2 metros or 2 buses daily to get to the attractions. 10 min walk to the metro station, 2 metros with a lot of walking in between, walking all day to see attractions, find a place to eat etc, and 2 metros back then 10 min walk to the hotel was extremely tiring"
