"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

Zum Teil werden die Räumlichkeiten für Rehaaktivitäten genutzt, sodass der Eindruck aufrecht erhalten bleibt, dass man sich in einem Krankenhaus und nicht um ein Hotel handelt.
