「The condo was perfect for our family of three adults. Its location was scenic and within 15-20 minutes of the sites we wanted to see. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The entire trip from booking to departing went smoothly with input and advice from our host. A great vacation!」

「Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you」

We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative.We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club. The kitchen was appointed well for our purposes. The cafe is within walking distance and they are very friendly there.」

「This was a perfect condo for our family trip to Water Country. We all had our own private space and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!」

「Very comfortable nice little view of James river. Easy in out of resort. AC was a little loud but who cares when it’s hot. Good shower pressure. Would go again 」

「We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym...
