"Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. Won't be staying at six senses again, you can get much better hotels and service for the same price."

"We loved the meditation and sound healing sessions that were available and the rooms with the outdoor hot tub were great for relaxing after hiking Qingchengshan. Would love to stay again and recommend it to anyone considering visiting the area. "

"The rooms next to main street could be noisy if traffic is heavy. At the moment, not many traffic in the evening. The restaurant served good and nice chinese breakfast. "

Nous avons essayé de communiquer pour arranger la situation avec la réception et d’obtenir un dédommagement, mais aucun geste de remboursement n’a été effectué de leur part. "Stay was generally good except for a couple of service related incidents eg i asked front desk to make a reservation for us one evening and the person asked me to book myself. When i showed the restaurant name on my mobile app, the person tried to call the restaurant directly on my mobile without asking me. "
