We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.

Lovely hotel on the river, excellent cocktails and lovely rooms

The staff was so kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well-hydrated, as our visit was during a record heat wave. The beds were comfortable and room well-stocked.

Well managed clean hotel, really close to W12 car park and Westfield centre.

Very clean. Excellent location.
