Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. "The hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The view from our balcony was amazing! It was conveniently located across the street from a mall that had plenty of options for food. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. Most importantly, the staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so courteous and helpful, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable! The only drawback was that there was no close access to a beach across the street, but they had a gorgeous infinity pool on the rooftop. The weather was not suitable for swimming the day we stayed there so not having access to beach did not affect our plans."

"Beautiful hotel. Only issue was lack of extra blanket in the room. Couldn’t get the air conditioning or heat controls to work. Was told in the morning that we could have called any time to get help. It was late in the evening so we didn’t bother. Did not have the breakfast. Very convenient location and free parking. Would highly recommend. "

"Great little hotel if you're looking for somewhere affordable to stay near Heraklion airport. You are not downtown at all, but there is a more commercial street close by (few minutes by foot) with restaurants, and a few basic necessity shops. Great pool and patio, quiet, basically residential neighbourhood, super nice staff (hello Maria!) and, as mentioned, about 5 minutes by taxi from the airport (be prepared to hear planes take-off, but rooms are very well sound insulated)."

"We stayed 2 nights. The facility is not new and the room and bathroom on the small side, but it was clean and well kept. Location was fantastic, we had an ocean view room and it was a short walk to the old harbour and the vibrant restaurant and shopping streets. Breakfast included hot and cold items and the area was kept clean. Overall good value for the price. "

"First would like to say I'd definitely come back to this hotel on my next holiday to Crete. The hotel is quite massive and lovely to walk around on a warm night. The room and the balcony was spotless. Didn't see much I didn't like about this hotel, many locations to sunbathe, swim and relax. Some of the hotel staff are polite and helpful especially the bartenders on the 17.00 shift on blue bar and the bar by the Olympic size pool, it was easy to have a conversation with them and they gave good recommendations on where to go and what to see around the island. The cleanup crew (as nice as they are) do not have patience, my do not disturb sign was on and countless times they knocked and walked in without waiting for an answer back which was an inconvenience cause we was either sleeping or getting changed. The food at the main restaurants had a good selection, tastey and filling. I personally enjoyed lunch in the restaurant by blue bar and the snack bar. The kebab best I've ever tasted. Although some of the desserts taste like they had been out for quite while. The hotel had a lot to offer in terms of entertainment every day was something new and was quite enjoyable. There are shops, restaurants, bars and a bus stop as soon as you exit the hotel which is very convenient."
