Grat location and a superb hotel

"We stayed for one night, reception staff were so efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them.the room was on floor 4 the room was clean with everything we needed like toiletries, clean towels comfy bed.. The resident is located 5 minutes from Liverpool Central train station there are lots of shops cafes restraunts just around the corner We would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to family or friends"

Great hotel but poor breakfast

"Check in service was excellent and room large with a very comfortable bed. Only thing that let the hotel down for me was the breakfast - no real fresh fruit options and yoghurt was runny, coffee not the best so my advice would be to book this great hotel but have breakfast somewhere else."
