This was a fantastic property with amazing amenities. The room was spotless, welcoming and spacious. Great little kitchen completely furnished. I will definitely be back. Staff wonderful and garage parking.

We had a work-related reservation, which can sometimes be challenging with multiple guests and different arrival times, but the office staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and made the entire process so easy.

The studio was nice, but not exceptional. It was just a couple of feet from the pool deck and at the exact same level, even though it seemed that there were many other unoccupied units that would have been in a better location. The most irksome aspect of our visit was that even though the Residences at Mountain Lodge and all of Beaver Creek was at a VERY low occupancy level, we were given an add-on charge (after resort fees, etc) of $50/day for parking in an empty parking garage. How is that reasonable?

The property is in a great location. That’s the best part. The room we had was very small and crammed. There’s also noise in your room. In summer and no air conditioning. The coffee station was out every time I tried. The resort and parking fees were expensive. The parking garage has tiny spaces and it’s hard to get in or out. The pool and hot tub are fine. One hot tub was down. I’ve stayed at other places in BC and they were much better.

Master bathroom didn't have warm water. We were able to get warm water in the smaller bathroom after running the shower for awhile. Extra bed was two twin beds and there was no AC. I'm sure the listing noted the latter two facts, but I didn't catch it so warning the next person who may not like that! It took our kids awhile to fall asleep. We aren't accustomed to the 90+ degree weather!

Just some miscommunications that made us feel like we got less value from our stay. For example, we thought we had free parking and breakfast but found out that’s only offered during the snow season. We booked the same room from the same link with friends which said connecting room and somehow they got two rooms connecting and we were surprised to only get one room, paying the same amount. They also were offered a 12pm checkout and when we asked for the same we were told 11am latest. It was just a bunch of strange little instances where we were confused that we seemed to be getting short changed throughout. All of that said - we absolutely loved the pool and hot tub, s’mores packs at night (though the firepit wasn’t working so that was a bummer), and the location is unbeatable. Luckily even though we booked 2 connecting rooms and only got one… our family of 5 still worked within the room we got because there was a big pull out.

Beautiful resort with amazing views. This is a ski resort so lots of restaurants and shops in the area were already closed for the season. Staff was friendly and our room had a lot of space with great views. It’s very relaxing which is what we were looking for. Only downside was we thought we were going to have breakfast and we did the 1st day but after that were told it was closed for the season, only coffee.

We had an excellent stay! The room was spotless, gorgeous views, and the location was perfect. The use of the robes for the hot tub were much appreciated. Highly recommend!
