"The hotel had a 9/10 Expedia rating which really surprised me. When we arrived we all noticed the smell was not pleasant. It smells like a room spray trying to cover up smoke or some other type of odor. We stayed on the first floor and windows were really dirty and dead bugs in curtains. There was also dust on floor against wall under bed. The hotel is also out in the middle of a small town. It’s not right off the highway. My family didnt feel comfortable. "While the property is older and a little tired (for example the chairs in the room were quite worn - sink had cracks) it was extremely clean. The room was large with ample room for the table and 2 chairs and a desk. It was quiet. The breakfast was a total surprise - eggs and sausage and a waffle maker. This area was also very clean. "Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Front desk staff needs to get their act together. We had 2 rooms and 1 room great, but the second room they gave away to other customers. The day we checked in and then again on the second night couldn't access our 2nd room and our things has been removed. They didn't try to contact us they just put someone else in the room. Finally worked it out about 11pm that night."
