Since May 2023, to access the upper floor, a new secure staircase has been installed with integrated barriers at the top and bottom.
Floor: mezzanine, 2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds that can be pushed together), bathroom/WC.
Electric heating and pellet stove in the living room with a child safety gate, utilities not included.
Sheets provided, beds made on arrival.
Sheltered terrace accessible from the living room.
You can enjoy the garden furniture, the barbecue, the ping pong table, the children's games in the enclosed, grassy and tree-lined grounds close to the house.
Parking in front of the gîte.
