"Staff helpful breakfast superb. I love lots of breakfast tea made in my room. No milk provided as I have always found in other hotels. If I wanted little cartons they would charge me a service charge and for the milk. Disappointing."

Friendly staff who speak English to help with any questions. Nice breakfast. The only thing that was annoying (as I am a light sleeper) is that you can hear and feel the rumbles of underground trains passing under or very close to the hotel which woke me up at about 05.30 both mornings.
