The staff is very attentive and they do care very much about your stay and your experience at the hotel. We stayed 4 nights. Though we had some issues early with a humming from our AC unit, it was attended to immediately. We didn't expect anything, but the staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay at the hotel with many surprises.
