Wonderful Hill Country property
This is a peaceful, quiet gem of a place. It was easy to get to from Austin, but felt like being in the country with so much land around it and space between other neighbors. The layout works well, and we really took advantage of a spacious kitchen with everything you need. The outdoor space was great for our 3 small groups to maintain social spacing. The owners really went out of their way to make us welcome: fresh cut flowers, stocked breakfast items, a range of spices. I suspect they even bought a rolling pin and dough kneader just because I had mentioned we would be making pies. Everything was super clean - which was important to us because we were bringing my 85 year old mother in law directly from her assisted living apartment where she has been isolated since March. We've stayed at a lot of rental properties, and this may be my favorite and certainly it was the most welcoming. I highly, highly recommend it!
